Once we have the initial concept, we book a virtual design session with our professional sketch artist. This is a front-row seat to the creative process. You will watch your vision come to life in real-time and can add or subtract elements until the drawing is exactly what you pictured.

These one-hour sessions are typically held on weekends or evenings to fit your family's busy schedule.

This is where you can sit back and relax. Our master craftsmen take over to turn those sketches into a reality. You can follow along with the progress by keeping an eye on our social media channels for behind-the-scenes updates.

We will reach out if we have any specific questions and will contact you approximately two weeks before shipping to finalize all the remaining details.

We build our playhouses to completion right in our shop to ensure every joint and detail is perfect. Once finished, we carefully dismantle them into sections for secure transport on flat-bed trucks.

Depending on the scale of your project, our team may travel to your location to handle the professional installation ourselves. This process usually takes between five days and three weeks, ensuring everything is secure and ready for a lifetime of memories.
